Recently Sold Properties on Home Valuation Results

We’re continuing to innovate the home valuation results page (read more here)! This time, we’ve introduced a Recently Sold properties section to the page.

Once a seller lead or past client completes the valuation request and receives their instant home valuation, they’ll also be shown similar properties in that area that have recently sold. That way, they can get an instant preview of what their property could sell for, and you continue to provide instant value!

Note: Seller Lead Suite is included with Grow platforms, and is available to add for Launch and Core!

As long as your state provides sold data and you’re a Seller Lead Suite user, you’ll have access to this new feature.
