BoomTown is excited to announce our latest API integration partner, Call Action!

What’s Call Action?

Inbound calls are high quality leads, and Call Action helps you turn them into easy to manage contacts in your database. With Call Action’s system your inbound calls can be tracked, turned into leads in their CRM (and BoomTown), and their systems help ensure every call is answered improving speed to lead.

How does Call Action integrate with BoomTown?

By signing into your Call Action account [Click here to view integrations] all of your CA leads will be automatically imported into BoomTown. This will include notes, appended data, and communications. If you choose; BoomTown smart-drip plans can be started once the import occurs. Please check your drip auto-start settings when you setup the integration to make sure you’re not sending drip plans from both systems.
