Contact Form Inline Mobile 4-4-18

The testing never stops with our consumer website team! We’ve just released several updates designed to improve site use, and conversion rate.

First let’s talk improvements! Our team has gained a 78%  increase in conversion rate by changing “contact agent” forms to be inline (scroll down on mobile) vs a button. That’s a huge improvement!

See the .gif below of the update, and note that we’ve also updated the favorites/saved search menu on the mobile user profile to be in a more prominent place to drive usage. This with the nice addition of Gravitars to user profiles make them more sticky!
