Half Bath in Consumer Search and Ealerts 8-7-18

Our consumer website team has released new functionality to better support searches for half baths, and 1+ bedrooms. This has been one of our most highly requested consumer features.

Now consumers will have a new option for 1.5 baths in their searches, and 1+ as a new minimum for bedrooms. We’ve also updated our mobile experience to use a +/- toggle for ease of use.

E-alert updates: Agent users will now see the 1.5+ option available when setting up e-alerts. Please note that existing searches will not be changed/impacted, but upon modification the new option will be available.
