Lead Qualification Response Fields 3-8-18

There are a few important pieces of information that every agent must track with all their leads.

  1. Time Frame
  2. Financing situation
  3. Do they currently own a home?
  4. Are they working with an agent?

We’ve taken these 4 questions and made them drop down fields in lead profiles! This allows agents to add information on their own, edit existing responses, and take notes on changes being made.

We track all changes via a note in the lead profile including who made the change. Currently the top 3 questions are asked of every user when they enter the website. The “working with agent” field is not asked, but an agent can check when they follow up. Don’t forget that no matter what the answers are we should ALWAYS be following up with all of our leads! Don’t let a great opportunity pass you by.
