What’s a trigger? A trigger is what can start a Zap or automation to begin. The above triggers are now available for the BoomTown App in Zapier. For example you can now create zaps that trigger when a text is received. This could lead to thousands of possibilities for actions such as sending your team a Slack message, updating a mailing list, etc.

We’ll be adding templates very soon to make using these new triggers super simple for popular actions/applications. Stay tuned for those templates to appear under our profile in the Zapier store!
