Pending Status Filter For BoomTown Websites 1-29-18

BoomTown websites now have “Pending” status available as a search filter option. This provides pending status listings where data is available. This is NOT included by default or in e-alerts. If you have chosen to opt-out of Sold data then pending data will not be shown.
