We’ve also updated the Success Assurance Pipeline Reporting in Lead Central to include “Agent Attempted” and “Agent Connected.” This helps leaders determine where the breakdown may be happening in the process with a particular agent, and (new!) agents can view this to manage and maintain their pipeline to ensure they’re following up on their opportunities.
